Echo has its own polymer and mechanical engineers to assist in ground up product development, improving product designs, and assuring customer designs are manufactured with the highest quality and lowest life cycle cost. Our engineers work with offshore tool makers to provide customers with high quality, durable tools at a very desirable cost point. All this, with comparable, or better, lead times than customers may be receiving with domestic tool makers, give customers more flexibility in product development, improvement as well as quality and cost control.
Quality Assurance
 Echo uses its own employees in China to set up, monitor, and maintain a rigid quality system at all the plants we do business with. Everything from raw material lot control through final inspection is rigorously monitored to assure product specifications are met every time. Our goal is zero defects will be shipped from any of our factories overseas. |
