How can I get a quote for a custom molded masking part?
Provide Echo Engineering with a sketch, drawing, or sample of the part you want to have masked. Our engineers will have a concept drawing for you to review within 2 business days.
Can I use Echo plugs and caps more than one time?
Absolutely! Most Echo’s molded products can be reused multiple times.
What are the temperature range caps and plugs can withstand?
Depending on the material caps and plugs can withstand a variety of temperature ranges.
Silicone = 600F (315C) EPDM = 350F (177C)
Vinyl = 350F (177C) Cork = 300F (149C)
Can I get parts in multiple colors?
Color coded parts are available upon request. Please call 1.888.echo.365 and speak with our Echo Customer Service Representative for order placement.
If you are not sure if a particular part will work for your operation and would like a sample, we are more than willing to send samples to you. What are your custom die-cutting capabilities?
Echo die-cuts mask off complex parts effectively and in a low cost way. Echo offers both technical and design assistance. Our current capabilities include, but are not limited to: Die cutting, Rewind slitting, Rotary, Long or Short Runs, Low Cost Tooling, Large Inventory of Tapes, Kiss Cutting, Laminating, Tapes Slit to Order, Low Cost Prototype Runs, Custom Printed Labels
How long will it take me to receive my custom die-cut samples?
At Echo we manufacture all of our die-cuts in house. If we have all of the required information regarding your project, we can produce your die-cut in 24 hours after tool is done. We will then ship our samples overnight so you can test the die-cut the following day.
When I see an online promotion, would it still be valid if I place order for the products through fax, phone call or email?
In most cases, online promotion will specify that they are for online purchase only. If not, they are valid for other means of purchase.
What are Echo’s payment terms?

Are there any other terms and conditions?
Along with the previously mentioned payment terms: Full bag quantities on plugs and caps; Case quantities on selected tape products
After I place an order, when can I expect to receive it?
Stock items typically will ship out on the same day if your order is placed before 3:00pm. UPS is our standard shipping method, but we are willing to work with you if you have any special shipping requests. Most orders ship same-day or within 24 hours. Feel free to contact our customer service center if you have any questions.
What is your return policy?
There is a 15% restocking fee on standard items. Store credit with be issued for all returns. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA# issued by the Echo office where the purchase was made. All claims must be make within 15 days of the invoice date. Custom & special orders may not be returned, unless defective.
Do you offer a product warranty?
Echo’s parts are guaranteed to be free from defective material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment & this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of any defective parts. Any part proving to be defective upon inspection by the Echo office where order was placed will be replaced.
