Blue poly discs used to mask uneven or curved surfaces or prevent leakage during high-temp processes, like powder coating. Discs are commonly used to mask off holes, circular machine surfaces, and grounding areas.
Temp Rating: 400°F / 204°C
Recommended Processes: Powder Coating, E-Coating, Anodizing, Plating
Total Thickness: 2.5 mil (1 mil polyester film with 1.5 mil of blue silicone adhesive)
Application: Apply discs to clean surface and then apply pressure via a roller or squeegee to ensure tape creates an effective masking seal
