Red poly tape has double the adhesive, offering a chemically resistant barrier and reducing undercutting and leaks during powder coating, plating, anodizing, and e-coating processes. Red poly plating tape is commonly used to mask off printed circuit boards and surfaces during electroplating processes.
This tape is composed of silicone adhesive (for effective sealing) and a polyester backing that resists damage from sharp edges. The polyester backing and silicone adhesive combination make this tape highly conformable.

- Temp Rating: 446°F / 230°C (1 Hour)
- Recommended Processes: Plating, Anodizing, E-Coating
- Thickness: 4 mil (1 mil polyester film with 3 mil of red silicone adhesive)
