  1. Echo supplies critical components to a wide range of end-markets, including several identified as essential infrastructure such as food and agriculture, energy, transportation and logistics, and critical manufacturing.  As a result, Echo is open for business.
  2. Currently there are no issues with domestic and international shipments of Echo products
  3. The states of California, Michigan, and Indiana are under “shelter in place” orders and most of our employees are working from home.  Normal channels of communication—website, email, and phone—are working if you need to place an order or contact us.
  4. Response and lead times may be impacted based on the current situation.  You can place orders for catalog product 24/7 on our website.

Bottom Line: Echo products are currently flowing normally across our manufacturing, shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment centers.

 

Positives

  1. All Echo manufacturing partners in China are operating at full capacity
  2. There are currently no issues with Echo ocean shipments from China.  We are working closely with FedEx to maintain the flow of air shipments.
  3. US shipping of Echo products is operating normally
  4. Covid-19 outbreaks in the EU are not expected to impact Echo operations
