Where can I submit a Purchase Order?
I want to pay on terms online, how do I get that set up?
If you have existing terms with Echo, please register for an online account (if you haven’t already done so) and email marketing@echosupply.com to request your account be synced (this will help speed up the process).
If you don’t have existing terms with Echo, you’ll first need to fill out our new customer registration form and send it to ar@echosupply.com. Once you've done this, you’ll want to register for an account on our website, where we will then sync your terms after it is set up.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
Click here to go to the forgot password page, type in your email, check the reCAPTCHA box, and then click RESET MY PASSWORD. If there is an account associated with your email, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
How do I change my password or email address?
Log in to your account and select Account Information. Check the box that says Change Password or Email
Where can I find the tracking number for my order?
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site. Please check back roughly one business day after you have placed your order. To find your tracking number click View Order on your Account Information page.
Why can’t I see past invoices or order history?
You will only be able to see information for orders placed online. Please contact Customer Care if you need copies of past invoices: sales@echosupply.com
What time does the Western Regional Office - Milpitas open?
The hours are from 8 am – 4 pm PST.
What certifications do you have?
Echo is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Ammex Plastics is IATF 16949 certified.
How long will it take to ship my parts?
Most in-stock item orders will ship within 1-3 business days.
I’m tax-exempt, but it shows I’m being charged taxes when I check out.
If you’re an existing customer who has already submitted tax exemption forms, we likely need to sync your account to your online account. Please email marketing@echoinnovates.com to have this done.
If you’re a new customer, you must submit your tax-exemption forms to ar@echosupply.com and register for an account online (if you haven’t already done so). For additional assistance, contact our team at marketing@echoinnovates.com.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We may be able to offer bulk discounts depending on whether your order volume and annual needs meet specific thresholds. If interested, please chat with our support team or fill out our quote request form.
Do you offer discount pricing?
Yes, we offer discount pricing in some cases, such as distributor pricing and bulk purchasing. To see if you qualify, please request a quote down below.
