What do I do if I forgot my password?

Click here to go to the forgot password page, type in your email, check the reCAPTCHA box, and then click RESET MY PASSWORD. If there is an account associated with your email, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

 

How do I change my password or email address?

Log in to your account and select Account Information. Check the box that says Change Password or Email

 

Where can I find the tracking number for my order?

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site. Please check back roughly one business day after you have placed your order. To find your tracking number click View Order on your Account Information page.

 

Why can’t I see past invoices or order history?

You will only be able to see information for orders placed online. Please contact Customer Care if you need copies of past invoices: sales@echoinnovates.com

 

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is a $100 minimum for all orders placed on the Echo website. There is a $150 minimum for all orders placed through other channels.

 

What time does the Western Regional Office - Milpitas open?

The hours are from 8 am – 4 pm PST.
