Why can’t I log in to my account?
We have recently updated our entire website. To maintain and protect your information you will need to reset your password when you log in to new the site for the first time. If you are new to the website, you will need to create a new account.
I forgot my password.
Click on Customer Login in the upper right hand of the page, click the Forgot Your Password link and you will receive an email to reset your password.
How do I change my password?
Log in to your account and select Account Information. Check the box that says Change Password.
How do I update my email address?
Log in to your account and select Account Information. Check the box that says Change Email.
Where can I find the tracking number for my order?
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site. Please check back roughly one business day after you have placed your order. To find your tracking number click in View Order on your Account Information page.
Do you have case pricing/quantity price breaks?
Yes, you will see the price break once you put items in your cart.
Why can’t I see past invoices or order history?
We have recently updated our entire website. The new Account Information section is now protected by industry-leading encryption. However, you will only be able to see information for orders placed on the new website. Please contact Customer Care if you need copies of past invoices.
Is there any minimum order quantity?
There is a $50 order minimum.
What time does the Western Regional Office - Milpitas open?
The hours are from 8 am – 4 pm PST.
