LDPE wide flange tapered plugs protect threads and ports from paint, damage, and debris. Echo's WP-Series tapered protection plugs/caps include a more expansive, thicker flange to prevent the part from being forcibly pushed in when used as a plug.
These plugs are typically used to protect components during storage and shipping, and they're also used to mask threaded and non-threaded holes during low-temperature paint processes.
